The American Bankruptcy Law Journal, one of the world's most recognized peer reviewed academic law reviews dedicated to bankruptcy and insolvency related scholarship, is calling for papers concerning or relating to bankruptcy and/or insolvency related law in Asia generally or China specifically.
Of particular interest are articles addressing any of the following: (1) comparative law between bankruptcy related laws in the countries located in Asia and the United States; (2) the development of bankruptcy jurisprudence; (3) empirical studies with respect to bankruptcy or insolvency related proceedings; (4) key rulings that provide substantial guidance to judges, administrators, and lawyers as to how to administer bankruptcy related cases; (5) efficacy of rules of procedure and impact on the availability for relief; (6) the qualification for debtors to seek relief; (7) the processing of creditor claims; (8) jurisdiction over debtors and their property; and (9) conflicts of laws.
