The American Bankruptcy Law Journal is a peer reviewed
journal that publishes learned articles focusing on bankruptcy law and
related subjects. It promotes the exchange of ideas about and deeper
understanding of bankruptcy issues, particularly among its core audience
that includes judges, bankruptcy professionals, academics, legislators
and other policymakers.
The American Bankruptcy Law Journal is published by the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges, 954 La Mirada St., Laguna Beach, CA 92651. All new and renewal subscriptions are $75/annum. The subscription rate for new lawyers (less than two years in practice) is $45/annum. The subscription rate for foreign subscriptions (non-United States) is $85/annum.
